Denver Trench Rescue Training

Several crews from the Denver Fire Department participated in trench rescue training at the Rocky Mountain Fire Academy on September 18th, 2015. Trench rescue is a specialized form of rescue that involves shoring up the sides of a trench in order to removed a trapped or injured victim. Engine 1, Tower 1, Collapse Rescue, Rescue 1 and Hamer 1 participated in the training.
