Around 21:00 on March 31st, 2016 Denver Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire at 4631 Josephine St. with multiple 911 callers reporting the incident and some advising of two occupants who live inside the building. Engine 9 arrived to heavy fire in the rear of the building of a automotive shop, and started fire attack with Tower 9 starting the primary search in zero visibility. Additional companies were delayed by a train. When the other units arrived, horizontal ventilation was completed and the fire was quickly controlled. During the primary search one unconscious victim was rescued and transported to a local hospital. The cause is under investigation. Additional information was provided by Denver Fire Department
