Denver Fire Academy 24-2 Skills Training The latest recruit class for the Denver Fire Department recently started their academy training. Class 24-02 completed week number two on November 1st, 2024 with skills training that included forcible entry, building searches, ladder placement and hose hauling. The new recruits have 21 more weeks of academy training before graduating to probationary firefighters.
