Burning Mountain Fire Suppression Module
&
Colorado River Wildland Fire Team
Operations are based out of Station 43 located at 419 Last Chance Dr. Former Rifle Fire Protection District Station 3.
This station is closed for 911 response and is used for wildland operations. A failed mill-levy increase in 2020 caused budget cuts which included staffing for this station. This location will only house the wildland team apparatus and a few spare units until the department can fund the hiring of new firefighters for this firehouse.
