Firefighters from across Colorado took to the streets over the 2021 Labor Day holiday weekend to fill the boot for MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) in partnership with the IAFF. Since 1954, Fill the Boot has been a strong firefighter tradition, giving families with muscular dystrophy hope for the future and support for today. 5280Fire caught up with firefighters from Adams County, Arvada, Bennett-Watkins, Brighton, Byers, Castle Rock, Sable Altura, South Adams County, South Metro, Southeast Weld, Strasburg & Tri-Lakes Monument.
