Ptarmigan Fire

The Ptarmigan Fire was reported on September 27th, 2021 at approximately 17:32 near Silverthorne in Summit County which was burning in heavy mixed forest including aspen, dead-standing and downed lodgepole pine and spruce. The fire has burned 85 acres as of September 29th, 2021 with no containment. Additional information provided by InciWeb (Incident Information System).
