Costumes With Cops

The Wheat Ridge Police Department hosted the first ever “Costumes With Cops” on October 15th, 2022 at the Wheat Ridge Police Department, 7500 W. 29th Ave. The community came out and started lining up 2 1/2 hours before the event started with 250 Halloween costumes that were given out to kids for free as well as games, treat bags and candy. The event was put on by all the WRPD officers and city workers, community members, and the Wheat Ridge Optimist Club for the donations that made the event possible.
