Boulder County Prescribed Burn

On March 6th, 2024 Boulder County Fire Management with the help of Boulder County Parks & Open Space and Lefthand Fire Protection District conducted an agricultural burn near Mineral Rd. and E. County Line Rd. just north of Erie. These agricultural burns are important for the upcoming seasons to help remove unwanted vegetation in ditches which allow for improved water delivery to livestock and planting.
