The Annual Craig Moilanen Hockey Cup was held March 22nd to March 24th, 2024 at the Edge Ice Arena in Littleton with South Metro winning the Fire Championship and Aurora Fire with the Rescue Championship. Thank you to Paul Berens who organized the event and this is the last year for the Memorial Hockey Tournament. Amy Moilanen published her first book called “Saved In The Fire” and Paul Berens has his book published called “Beardology” and both are available now on Amazon.
The teams that participated were Aurora Fire Department, Aurora Police Department, Brighton Fire Department, Cup Size Matters, Castle Rock Fire Rescue, Denver Fire Department, Genesee Fire Rescue, Fairmount Fire Protection District, North Metro Fire Rescue District, South Metro Fire Rescue, Thornton Fire Department & West Metro Fire Rescue.
