Station 4 Open House

On September 28th, 2024 Westminster Fire Department held their annual open house at Station 4, 4580 W. 112th Ave. The community came out to the station to tour the apparatus, meet with the firefighters, enjoy lunch and ride on the 1956 Seagrave pumper. AirLife Denver was on hand to give tours of the helicopter. Westminster Police Department, Westminster Emergency Communications, Westminster Emergency Management and others were at the event. Firefighters were also giving out important information about the upcoming “Fire Ballot 3C” this November of 2024, which would help fund the fire department with hiring more firefighters to protect the district, modernizing three existing stations, updating the fire equipment and building two new needed fire stations and a training facility.
