Hillrose-Snyder Pancake Supper The Hillrose-Snyder Fire Department held their annual pancake supper and raffle fundraiser in Hillrose on March 28th, 2026. The community was invited out to meet with firefighters, check out the apparatus and enjoy pancakes for supper. The proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the department. Aurora Polar Plunge The 2026 Aurora Polar Plunge was held at Aurora Reservoir on March 28th, 2026. Over 700 people registered to take the plunge to help raise funds for Special Olympics Colorado. Aurora Fire Rescue, Falck and Aurora Parks, Recreation and Open Space were on hand to ensure a safe event. Approximately $195,000 was raised in this year’s event …
