Thornton Recruitment Open House

The Thornton Fire Department held an recruitment open house at the newly-opened Station 8 on April 18th, 2026. The event was primarily for lateral transfers, especially paramedics and EMT’s, but was open to anyone interested in a fire service career and were invited out to meet with firefighters, check out their equipment and learn more about the department and it’s hiring process.
