Poudre Fire Wood Street Vehicle vs Building

At approximately 13:39 on July 1, 2026 Fort Collins 911 dispatched Poudre Fire Authority to a vehicle accident. Upon arrival of Engine 6 and Tower 1,Rescue 4 was requested to respond. Firefighters began patient care and assessed the structure for damage. After assessing the scene, the crew from the Northside Support Company, Tower 1, utilized the winch mounted in the front bumper to remove the vehicle from the structure to conduct structural stabilization. Crews performed shoring operations, securing the home until repairs can be completed and ensuring the safety of the homes occupants. One patient was evaluated on scene.
