Training Center is located at 6651 Indiana St. and was donated to the district by the City of Arvada and put into service January 1st, 1980. Remodeled in 2024 to 2025. Former Fire Station 8.

The Training Center sits on a two and one-half acre site and 16,000 square foot building. The facility is provided with a 6 story training tower and repelling platform, drafting pit, 4 fire hydrants, 95 seat amphitheater, 30 seat classroom, 15 seat classroom, a command training center, a detached two-story, seven-room burn house with sprinkler and standpipe connections, and a 5 story, eleven room burn building with sprinkler and standpipe connections.
