City of Aurora Public Safety Training Center (CAPSTC) is located at 25950 E. Quincy Ave. and was dedicated in 2016. The training facility is shared with the Aurora Police Department and includes an administrative building featuring five classrooms, a five-story drill tower, and a burn building.
