The Training Center is co-located with Fire Station 3 in the Colorado Tech Center at 2095 Boxelder Street.

The training center includes a 2-acre drill ground with a 22400 sq. ft., 2-story burn building. The burn building also includes a smoke generator, movable walls, sprinkler props, a rescue maze, 800 sq. ft. support pavilion that serves as a drill ground classroom, SCBA storage, and personnel rehab equipment.
