DIA Fire Training Center

Denver International Airport ARFF Training Center is located out of the gated area of DIA on the north side of the airport, and built in 2001. The facility features two classrooms, offices for the instructors, several training props, live fire props and a training rig.

Red 12 (Z-F-0035) Oshkosh Striker 1500 8×8 with 4500 gallon water tank and 630 gallon foam cell. Former Red 3.

TRAINING RED

(F-23) 1997 E-One Titan HPR 8×8 with 1500 gpm pump, 3000 gallon water tank, 450 gallons of AFFF foam, and 700 lbs of Purple K. Former Reserve Red.

75-foot aircraft live-fire training simulator providing the most realistic simulation of fire.
