Black Forest Fire/Rescue (BFFR), formed in 1945 and covering 48 square miles in El Paso County (Colorado) including the areas of Big Pine, Brentwood, Columbine Hills, Corinado Estates, Falcon Forest, Forest Glen, Forest Highlands, Forest Hills, Green Meadow, High Acres, Merit Acres, New Discovery, Park Forest, Pine Cone Ranch, Pine Glen, Pine Meadows, Pine Park, Pinehurst Wood, Ponderosa Acres, Ponderosa Pines, Porcupine, Raygor, Ridge Run, Terra Ridge, The Trails, Wildwood Ranch Estates & Wolford.
