Manitou Springs Volunteer Fire Department (MSVFD), founded in 1879 covering 6 square miles in El Paso County (Colorado) including the areas of Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings, Crystal Valley, Garden of the Gods-South, Miramont Castle, Mt. Manitou Incline Railway, Pike National Forest, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Pikes Peak Hill Climb Race Car Museum & Soda Springs.
Manitou Springs Volunteer Fire Department originally started out in 1879 as the William A. Bell (WAB) Hose & Hook & Ladder Company No. 1.
