Tri-Lakes Fire Protection District (TLFPD), established in 1977 in El Paso County. 

Tri-Lakes merged with Woodmoor-Monument Fire Protection District forming a Regional Fire Authority on Jan. 1, 2005, and changed the name in 2008 as the Tri-Lakes Monument Fire Protection District.
