Fire Station 5 (Mid-County Station) is located at 14908 Hwy. 119 and the former Station 7. Former Colorado Sierra Fire Protection District (Colorado) Station 1.

This building is also part of Station 7, and is located next door and is serviced by 3 residents who live at this building. Former Gilpin County Search & Rescue Station which was discontinued by the Gilpin County Sheriff’s Office.
