La Grande Fire Rescue (LGFR), founded in 1887 and located in Union County (Oregon) including the areas of Deal Creek, Eastern Oregon University, Grande Ronde River, Highland Pond, La Grande, Mill Creek, Pioneer Park & Taylor Creek.

La Grande Fire Department is also known as La Grande Fire Rescue.

La Grande Fire Rescue provides Emergency Medical Service response and transport to all 2038 square miles of Union County including to the La Grange Rural Fire Protection District (Oregon) in Island City and the rural district.

La Grande Fire Rescue is dispatched by the Blue Mountain Interagency Dispatch Center (BMIDC).
