Station 18 – North Alameda

Future Fire Station 18 will be located at 7475 W. 5th Ave. Station 18 timeline to be built and a schedule opening date is still in the process.

The station response area will border the City of Denver to the east on Sheridan Blvd. 6th Ave. to Carr St. to the west, and Alameda Ave. to the south including the areas of Balsam Pound Park, Belmar Crossing, Belmar Groves, Cedar Gardens, East Gate, O’Kane Park and Third Place including the HCA HeathOne Belmar ER, In-N-Out, Kaiser Urgent Care, Keli McGregor Field at Blue Sky All-Star Park, Olive Garden, Roller City, Sprouts Farmers Market, TJ Maxx, Walmart Supercenter, and others. The area is one of West Metro Fire District’s busiest areas.

The site of the station is a former three-story 1970’s office building on three-fourths of an acre and was purchased in September of 2021.
