Fire Station was located at 399 E. 1st St. This station moved to a new location at 421 E. 1st St. at the Boone City Hall Building.

Fire Station was located at 421 E. 1st St. at the Boone City Hall Building. In 2020, the Boone Volunteer Fire Department ceased operations due to funding shortages and this station was closed. The Pueblo County Sheriff Emergency Services Bureau (ESB) Fire Team provided fire coverage while AMR had provided medical solo for the district.

*In 2026, the Town of Boone established established a partnership a partnership by the Edison Fire Protection District (Colorado) and to reopen the fire station as Edison Station 3
