Eagle Air Med, covering the areas in Arizona, Colorado New Mexico and Utah.

Eagle Air Med began in 1981 Blanding Flying Service, and later as the Blanding Air Ambulance. In 2019, Eagle Air Med became part of Global Medical Response (GMR) and is operated by Reach Air Medical Services.
