Pasco County Fire Rescue

Pasco County Fire Rescue, covering 764 square miles in Pasco County (Florida) including the areas of Brooksville, Dade City, Jasmine Estates, San Antonio & Saint Leo.

Pasco County Fire Rescue started as the Pasco Emergency Services. In 1974 the department began as a career fire department and began as the Pasco Couty Fire Rescue. In 1988 Highway 52 Volunteer Fire Department was taken over from the department. In 1977 Hudson Volunteer Fire Department was absorbed into the fire district. Magnolia Valley Volunteer Fire Department merged in 2002.
