Volusia County Beach Safety / Ocean Rescue, located in Volusia County (Florida) including the areas of Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Edgewater, Holly Hill, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach, Port Orange & Winter Haven Park.

Volusia County Beach Safety is part of the Volusia County Public Protection Department, which is composed of seven divisions including Animal Control, Beach Safety/Ocean Rescue, Corrections Services, Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Services (EVAC), Fire Rescue & Medical Examiner.

Volusia County Beach Safety provides Lifeguard, Law Enforcement, Ocean Rescue and EMS-EMT services.
