Anderson Fire Department, located in Madison County (Indiana) including the areas of Anderson Muni Airport, Anderson University, Country Club Heights, Denny Field, Glyn Ellen, Jackson Park, Killbuck Wetlands, Madison Lakes, Maplewood, Meadowbrook, Mounds State Park, Pleasant Walk, Rangeline Nature Preserve, Scatterfield Heights, Shadyside Park, Southview, Westvale Park & Woodlawn Heights.

Anderson Fire Department was originally formed as a volunteer fire department in 1886. In 1893 the department became a paid fire department.
