New Orleans Fire Department

New Orleans Fire Department (NOFD), covering 350 square miles including 170 square miles of water in Los Angeles & Orange Counties.

The New Orleans Fire Department began in 1829 as the New Orleans Volunteer Fire Department, and in 1891 the New Orleans Fire Department went into service.
