Richfield Fire Department (RFD), established in 1939 and located in Hennepin County including the areas of Fairwood, Lake Shore, Legion Lake, Lyndale, Madison Park, Monroe Field, Nicollet, Penn Central, Richfield Lake Park & Woodlake.

Richfield Fire Department is part of the Southwest Metro Joint Operations Group.
