St. Paul Park Refinery Fire Department is owned and operated by Marathon Petroleum Corporation. In 2020, following the acquisition of the refinery by Marathon Petroleum Corporation, the Fire Department was transitioned from contract service (Rural/Metro) to a staff fire brigade.
