West Metro Fire-Rescue District (WMFRD), formed in 1998 and covering 11 square miles in Hennepin County (Minnesota) including the areas of Bassett Creek, Becker, Brownwood, Crystal, Fair, Forest, New Hope, Northwood, Twin Oaks, Valley Place, Welcome Park & Winnetka Hills.
