Clayton Fire Department (CFD), covering 2.7 square miles in St. Louis County (Missouri) including the areas of Brentmoor, Demun, Glenridge, Frontbonne, Moorlands, North Clayton, Oak Knoll, Shaw Park & Wydown Skinker.

Clayton Fire Department was organized in 1897 as the Clayton Volunteer Fire Department. In 1917 Clayton Fire Department was established as as a professional paid fire department.

Clayton Fire Department is dispatched by the East Central Dispatch Center.
