Hubbard Fire District
Hubbard Fire District (HFD) was founded in 1901 as the Hubbard Volunteer Fire Department to protect the city and surrounding areas. In 1957, the Hubbard Fire District was formed and served alongside the Hubbard Volunteer Fire Department until 1970 when the City of Hubbard annexed fire protection services to the Hubbard Fire District. And in the 1990’s the district began to start running medical emergencies accompanied by Woodburn Community Ambulance.
