Upper Makefield Fire Company

Upper Makefield Fire Company (UMFC), all-volunteer department and incorporated in 1967, covering 21.5 square miles in Bucks County (Pennsylvania) including the areas of Brownsburg, Collingswood, Delaware River, Jericho Creek, Newtown, Shires Crossing, Spring Oak, Stoneybrook, Taylorsville, Timber Knoll, Timber Ridge, Washington Crossing, Woodhill, Woodside & Wrightstown.

Upper Makefield Fire Company has mutual-aid agreements with Newtown Fire Association (Company 45), Yardley-Makefield Fire Company (Company 0), Eagle Fire Company of New Hope (Company 46), Lingohocken Fire Company (Company 35) and Union Fire Company & Rescue Squad of Titusville, New Jersey (Company 53).
