Bastrop Fire Department (BFD), located in Bastrop County (Texas) including the areas of Bastrop State Park, Colorado River, Copperas Creek, Diamond Head, Firemans Park, Fishermans Park, Gills Branch, Red Bluffs, River Forest & Tahitian Village.

Bastrop Fire Department established in 1894 and in 2016 the department hired it’s first paid fire chief.
