Caney Creek Fire & Rescue (Montgomery County Emergency Service District 9), covering 52 square miles in Montgomery County (Texas) including areas in Bennette, Caney Creek, Chapel Hill, Conroe, Floyd Dees, Four Corner, Grangerland, Long Star Ranch, River Plantation & Wigginsville.

Caney Creek Fire & Rescue was created in 2010 by consolidating the Grangerland Volunteer Fire Department with the Bennette Volunteer Fire Department. In 2014 Central Montgomery County Fire Rescue, formerly River Plantation Volunteer Fire Department (Montgomery County Emergency Service District 5) consolidated with Montgomery County Emergency Service District 9.
