Hildale Colorado City Fire Department, covering 595 square miles, located in Northern Arizona (Colorado City Fire Department) and Southwestern Utah (Hildale Fire Department).

Both departments combined services, and Hildale operates out of one fire station on its side of the state line in Utah in Washington County, and Colorado City has two stations located in Mohave County, Arizona.

Hildale is responsible for 150 square miles, and Colorado City is responsibility for over 225 square miles with an additional 220 square miles for medical service and for mutual aid calls.
