East Grays Harbor Fire & Rescue (EGHFR), covering 170 square miles in Grays Harbor County (Washington State) including the areas of Brush Creek, Cloquallum Creek, Elma, Grays Harbor Raceway, Falls Creek, Malone, Maple Hill, McCleary, Porter Creek, Satsop, Satsop Riviera & Wildcat Creek.

East Grays Harbor Fire & Rescue was formed in 1955 as the Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District # 5. In 2022 the City of Elma was annexed into the district and the Elma Fire Department combine into the fire district which both departments became one and the East Grays Harbor Fire & Rescue was formed. Elma Fire Department Station 8-8 became Station 5-5 in 2022. The Satsop Fire Department merged into the district at unknown year.

East Grays Harbor Fire & Rescue is the contract provider for EMS services including Basic and Paramedic level services to the City of McCleary and Grays Harbor Fire District # 12.
