BES Ice Rescue Training

The Boulder Emergency Squad conducted ran ice rescue scenarios at Viele Lake in S. Boulder on February 8th, 2025. Despite the cold and snowflakes, the dedicated rescuers completed the tasks needed, saving the victim and Lilly the big giant stuffie. BES is an all-volunteer team of technical rescue specialists who provide search, rescue and other emergency support services in Boulder County since 1963.
