Mountain View Kitchen Fire

Just after 13:00 on February 2nd, 2025 Mountain View Fire Rescue MVFR responded to Lucille’s restaurant in downtown Erie on reports of a structure fire. When crews arrived they found there was a kitchen fire in their fryer. Thankfully, the staff saw it right away, unhooked the machine and moved it so that it didn’t damage anything other than the fryer itself. Our crews used fans to ventilate a little residual smoke out of the structure and then returned to service. Additional information provided by Mountain View Fire Rescue
