Cops That Cook Pancake Breakfast

On September 12th, 2025 Lakewood Police Department hosted “Cops That Cook” fundraising event at the Clements Community Center, 1580 Yarrow St. in Lakewood. The objective was to raise money for the Lakewood Police Departments Co-Responders/Mental Health Teams, and to bring awareness to the importance and duties of their service to our first responders. As many officers were in the kitchen cooking up an awesome pancake and sausage breakfast; the Co-Responders, Lakewood police personnel and volunteers spent time answering questions and having open conversations community members. Officers were also available for photo opportunities, while a vintage Lakewood Police car was also available for viewing outside.
