Nate Klimek Memorial

On May 3rd, 2025 the celebration of life for Paramedic Nate Klimek of the Platteville-Gilcrest Fire Protection District was held at the First Christian Church in Loveland. Nate passed away on April 28th, 2025 unexpectedly at the age of 41. He leaves behind his wife and three children. In 2025, Nate was recognized for five years of service with Platteville-Gilcrest Fire and honored with the Chief’s Merit Award. A private funeral procession was held from Station 1 to the church in Loveland. No other information was provided or no photos were released as a request from the family.
