Operation Blue Santa

The Wheat Ridge Police Department and Wheat Ridge Optimist Club conducted the annual “Operation Blue Santa” at the Walmart in Lakeside on November 29th, 2025. Blue Sant was in the main doors and collected collect wish lists, toys to wrap up, gift cards and cash in order to help local families during the holidays. WRPD officers then deliver the wrapped presents ahead of Christmas to those in the Wheat Ridge community and beyond.
