The Pink Heals 2009 tour stopped at at the Village at FlatIron Crossing in Broomfield on September 15th, 2009, along with members of the North Metro Fire Rescue District. The 2009 Legacy High School cheerleading squad performed during the event to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and a fight for their coach’s father who had fought and lost against breast cancer. The Pink Heals tour with leader Dave Graybill travels the county to support those suffering from cancer. The pink apparatus are named after women or children who are battling cancer or who lost their fight. The group strives to bring love and hope by sharing stories of those who won and lost their battles, inspiring others to get involved.
