On February 16th, 2010 at 12:59 Arvada Fire Protection District responded to a possible structure fire in the 8000 block of Lee Court. Crews arrived to a two-story single-family home with smoke showing and started fire attack. The fire was contained to the basement but there was heat and smoke damage throughout the home. No one was home at the time of the fire. Two dogs and one cat died. Additional information provided by Arvada Fire Protection District
