2nd Alarm Dental Office Fire

At 03:12 on July 12th, 2013 Poudre Fire Authority responded to a report of a possible explosion and fire in a Comfort Dental building at 934 S. Lemay Ave. Engine 1 arrived to a one story, block building with fire coming from two windows on the street-side. An aggressive attack was able to knock down most of the fire in five minutes with full control coming about 30 minutes later. A life-safety search was also performed while crews were working to contain the fire.  At least two exam and storage areas or slightly less than 25% of the building suffered heavy fire damage with the remainder incurring heavy smoke damage.
