Colorado Springs MVC Extrication

At approximately 13:50 on March 15th, 2019 Colorado Springs Fire Department Engine 10 was dispatched by Colorado Springs Public Safety Communications Center to the intersection of N. Carefree Circle and N. Academy Blvd. En route, Engine 10 requested a truck company to respond due to the incident notes stating a vehicle has rolled several times. Engine 10 arrived on scene and called the incident a working trapped. Rescue 17, Battalion 3, and 73(PIO/EMS Liaison) were then dispatched to the scene. Truck 10 arrived on scene and assisted Engine 10 on getting the patient extricated. Rescue 17 arrived on scene and assisted with the final stages of the extrication. Once the patient was transported, and Battalion 3 and 73 were canceled. Crews went into service at 14:20 and the scene was handed over to the Colorado Springs Police Department.
