Colorado Springs Structure Fire

At approximately 13:50 on November 16th, 2020 Colorado Springs Public Safety Communications Center dispatched Colorado Springs Fire Department to 2510 E Dale St. for a possible structure fire. On scene, crews found smoke showing and requested a working fire assignment. Truck 8 arrived and was assigned to vertical vent. After Truck 8 completed their task, smoke and fire began to shoot out of the ventilation holes. Once crews extinguished the fire the Colorado Springs Fire Department, Division of the Fire Marshal began the investigation.

Initial Assignment: Battalion 2, Engine 8, Engine 23, Truck 8 & Truck 1

American Medical Response: AMR Medic 30

Working Fire Assignment: Battalion 3, Engine 6, Truck 4, 52 (PIO), 73 (EMS Liaison/PIO), X-Ray 195 (Fire Investigator) & X-Ray 197 (Fire Investigator)
