Arvada Structure Fire

On July 30th, 2021 at 09:47 Arvada Fire Protection District responded to a structure fire in the 6000 block of W. 84th Place. Engine 55 arrived with search rescue, fire attack, and secured their own water supply with Medic 55. Crews found fire from the attic space and garage area. Battalion 51 arrived and assumed command, assigned  Truck 54 with ventilation, Engine 57 to assisted with fire attack on the Charlie side, and Medic 51 with medical. Engine 53 secured the utilities. Crews got the fire quickly under control within about 10 minutes. Everyone in the residence evacuated safely and no injuries were reported.
